MolGraph is a platform developed and operated by Tessorix Inc.

Your use of the MolGraph website, compound catalog, search tools, RFQ forms, sourcing workflows, documentation requests, or related platform features may be subject to separate terms and policies published on MolGraph.

Submitting an inquiry or RFQ through Tessorix or MolGraph does not, by itself, constitute:

  • A binding purchase order;

  • Acceptance of an order;

  • A confirmed sale;

  • A confirmed quotation;

  • Confirmed supplier inventory;

  • Confirmed pricing;

  • Confirmed purity or product specifications;

  • Confirmed packaging or lead time;

  • Confirmation that supplier documentation is available;

  • Confirmation that a product may be shipped to a particular destination;

  • Confirmation of customs, dangerous-goods, carrier, or regulatory acceptance.

Commercial terms, supplier availability, documentation, product specifications, and shipment feasibility remain subject to review and written confirmation.
